Bad Luck Penny is a blues rock trio from central Florida comprised of 3 friends who love to jam. Zac Phillips on guitar and vocals, Charles “Chives” Macrini on Drums and Joey Almita on the bass. With this bands extended jam sessions, and mix of blues, classic rock, and modern alternative music, these guys are sure to wake you up early on Saturday morning for the Annual Manatee Festival.

GYPSY SPARROW is an alternative, Americana, acoustic rock duo. Mark Anthony Samuel Smythe is the lead singer/guitarist/songwriter and Phillip George Paul Frank is the drummer and backing vocalist. Rounding out the group is phenomenal bass player, Kurt Wolgast. GYPSY SPARROW aims to create songs that express beauty, goodness, & truth. GYPSY SPARROW performs several nights a week throughout Central Florida playing their own music and hundreds of other artists’ songs. Surrounded with song and instruments as children, music is the legacy that GYPSY SPARROW strives to create and leave behind for future generations. Their eight song EP, “birdsong” is now streaming on bandcamp, soundcloud, Spotify and other digital outlets.

The Hooligans Orlando, a British Rock band which started in Las Vegas in 2007, is now rocking venues and corporate parties all over Florida. From the British invasion, to the 80’s pop phenomenon, to 90’s alternative, the Hooligans have played to packed houses at House of Blues Orlando/Las Vegas, Keller Williams, Harrahs Entertainment, NY NY Resort and Casino and Fun Planner Orlando, just to mention a few. The members consist of Paul Smith (7 Mary 3, Blue Man Group, Mulch Sweat and Sheers Disney); Dave Traver (Music Director, Blue Man Group); Kurt Frohlich (LA GUNS,Goo Goo Dolls, Marky Ramone, Faster Pussycat); and Matt Bloodwell (Blue Man Group, Mulch Sweet and Sheers Disney). With four lead singers in the band The Hooligans Orlando are a great fit to rock the day or night away to all your British pop/rock favorites. |
